Hiatus for 5 days

I can't explain this.
Usually, if I procrastinate till 7.30 am, I tend to not work that day at all. It becomes very important to me to wake up early.
This is what happened from 17th to 21st Jan.
Maybe just stay disciplined with your early morning schedule, keep the rest flexible so as to suit your goals.
It is just that brief moment and 5 mins after that which you need to have control on, the rest of the routine goes on auto-pilot.
